Push button switch has the advantages of small contact resistance, accurate operating force error and diversified specifications. They are widely used in electronic equipment and white household appliances, such as video and audio products, digital products, remote controls, communication products, household appliances, security products, playing equipment, computer products, fitness equipment, medical equipment, banknote checking pen, laser pen keys, etc. Because of the environmental conditions of the key switch (elastic force less than twice the pressure / ambient temperature and humidity conditions and electrical performance), large equipment and high load buttons are directly replaced by conductive rubber or pot switch hardware shrapnel, such as medical equipment, TV remote control, etc.

Push button switch is the fourth generation switch product developed with the requirements of the development of electronic technology. The earliest volume is 12mm * 12mm and 8mm * 8mm, and now it is 6mm * 6mm. There are three types of product structures: vertical, horizontal and horizontal with ground end. Now there are two types of combination (3m, 4m, SM, 6m and SM) and potentiometer key switch combination, which meet the requirements of various domestic electronic products. Installation dimensions are 6.5mm * 4.5mm, 5.5mm * 4mm and 6mm * 4mm. There are 4.5mm * 4.5mm small key switches and chip key switches abroad. Chip key switches are suitable for surface assembly.

Latching Push Button Switch: How It Works and Momentary vs Latching Differences

A Latching Push Button Switch is designed to maintain its switching state after being pressed. Unlike a momentary push button, which returns to its original position as soon as the operator releases it, a latching switch remains active until it is operated again or manually released. This makes latching push buttons useful in industrial control […]
